Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will manage all the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This hands-on role will require performing day-to-day activities along with leading, training, and developing the team members.


•   Manage a team of 2-3 Warehouse associates

•   Ensure that all priority shipments get processed

•   Ensure that all incoming products are received per WAV policy

•   Manage inventory, both raw and finished goods, and inventory-related activities, including cycle counts and inventory transactions

•   Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained and ensure efficient use of space

•   Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Quality, and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

•   Look for continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiency

•   Perform facilities maintenance activities as needed

•   Promote a culture of safety to ensure safety protocols, procedures and trainings are provided to meet regulatory standards


•  High School Diploma or equivalent

•  Five years of Warehouse experience with increasing responsibilities

•  Two years of supervisory experience


•  Bachelor’s Degree

•  AV industry experience

The Warehouse Manager position requires mobility, bending, reaching above shoulder level, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 50-75lbs.  This position requires the use of a computer, printer, copier, writing utensils, stand-alone ladder, pallet jack, and electric forklift. This position also requires a person to reach heights up to 20ft. This person is exposed to temperature changes during the winter months and may be exposed to dust and automotive exhaust. These physical requirements must be performed with or without accommodation.
