This training provides a comprehensive introduction to the Williams AV Infinium® broadcast audio platform, including the Controller, Transmitters, Receivers, and Web Interface. Participants will learn how each component works together to deliver scalable, reliable audio distribution across a wide range of environments.

Through practical instruction and real-world deployment guidance, learners will gain the knowledge needed to confidently install, configure, manage, and support Infinium systems from initial setup through ongoing operation.

This introductory online training provides a clear, step-by-step overview of the WaveCAST single and multichannel products.

Participants will gain hands-on experience with the web interface and learn to configure, monitor, and optimize their systems for reliable streaming performance and accessibility.

Course Length – Approximately 1 Hour

This comprehensive online introduction to hearing loop systems covers the theory and practice of assistive listening. You’ll learn why these systems are critical for accessibility, how to design and stall loops in a variety of applications, and how to commission and troubleshoot them to meet international performance standards.

What You’ll Learn

  • – Introduction to Assistive Listening (understanding hearing loops, assistive listening technology comparison, ADA legal requirements, audio inputs, and more)
  • – Hearing Loop Solutions (floor-level perimeter loop, loss control for single array and dual loop, overspill, counter & portable loops, complex designs, and more.)
  • – Commissioning a Hearing Loop (install and commission for perimeter, counter and low-spill dual loops, interpreting designs, metal loss testing, and more)
  • – Performance Standards 
  • – Test Equipment
  • – Amplifier Types, Common Features, and Connections
