Job Summary The Networked Product Specialist will be the primary interface for all Williams AV networked products. This includes supporting end-user customers, technical support for integrators/installers and providing training for Williams AV (WAV) internal teams and sales channels. The Networked Product Specialist will also make recommendations for future product enhancements based on customer feedback. This exempt position reports to the Product Manager and is part of the William AV TechBlue technical team. SUMMARY Assist in providing quality service through managing the repair and testing of RF, IR and Digital Loop products, and technical support to our customers by working through installation and operational difficulties. RESPONSIBILITIES Test, tune, adjust, or otherwise prepare products according to written specifications and procedures. Find and repair any defects in products that become apparent as a result of observation, testing, tuning, or adjusting action. Inspect the completed product, to defined quality standards, thereby assuring the product to be defect‑free before returning to the customer. Summary The Office Clerk performs accounting duties to include recording and setting up for the payment of all invoices, in accordance with company and established accounting policies and procedures. They will also provide entry-level clerical and frontline customer relations work. This full-time non-exempt position reports to the Senior Accounting Manager. This non-exempt position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, and inquiries regarding products and services in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. The Customer Service Representative must be able to communicate via the telephone and email and prepare any type of correspondence as directed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for communicating with both customers and coworkers. This non-exempt position reports to the Production Manager. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for Full Time employment after successful completion of on the job training. SUMMARY The Assembler-Level I will operate various simple machines and special hand tools under the guidance of the Production Manager. Will pack parts or products into the presentation boxes or bags per the written procedure, and test parts before assembly or prior to final packaging per the written procedure.
