Accounting Clerk

This full-time non-exempt position reports to the Senior Accounting Manager. Summary The Accounting Clerk performs general accounting duties to include recording and setting up for the payment of all invoices, in accordance with company and established accounting policies and procedures. They will also provide entry-level clerical and frontline customer relations work. Responsibilities Match invoices with receiving tickets for inventory purchases. Charge expenses to general ledger accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices. Enter invoices accurately and timely into the software system. Customer Service Representative

This non-exempt position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, and inquiries regarding products and services in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. The Customer Service Representative must be able to communicate via the telephone and email and prepare any type of correspondence as directed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for communicating with both customers and coworkers. Assembler I
