On behalf of the Williams AV team, we hope this message finds you in good health. Last week we reached out to let you know that our doors were open and our dedicated team was ready to serve with the majority of our products available for immediate shipment. Yesterday we learned that our home state of Minnesota was added to the growing list of states around the country that have enacted a “Stay at Home” executive order in an effort to delay the spread of COVID-19 and give our healthcare systems the time needed to scale operations for those needing treatment. In accordance with this directive and to do our part in reducing the impacts of this pandemic, the majority of our staff will transition to working from home until at least April 10th. A handful of our team members will remain in our facility to continue essential operations including production, shipping and customer service. Special distancing and other measures will be put in place to ensure the health and safety of all team members.

Orders for WAV products should continue to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be filled, but lead times may be longer than normal. When an order is received by our team, we will be sure to let you know that we have your order and provide you with our best estimate on the time frame for delivery.
