Eden Prairie, Minn. – Williams Sound, global designer and manufacturer of wireless communication technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kent Peterson to the position of Technical Sales Specialist.
Peterson brings more than 20 years of experience in the audio and acoustics industry — including recording studio management/engineering, industrial intercom systems design, and high-performance audio system design specification and installation. Kent has served clients in more than nine countries as a specialist in indoor and outdoor acoustics, noise measurement, and system installation and commissioning.
Prior to joining Williams Sound, Peterson served as Project Manager-Acoustics and Sound for HDR Engineering, Project Design Leader-Acoustics and Sound for SEH Inc., and Fixed Install Marketing Manager at Telex – all in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
“I’m truly honored to be accepted into the Williams Sound family,” says Peterson. “After meeting the employees and extended distribution family, it is now apparent why Williams Sound enjoys such a fine reputation for product quality, customer service and care. Producing the right products for the right reasons — while promoting a positive culture within the company, with our customers and with our partners, is the Williams Sound ethos. I look forward to living up to that high standard and being of service to customers, consultants and designers.”
